Ingredients

1 1/2 Pd beef sirloin steak thinly sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT LIGHT DONE RIGHT Zesty Italian Reduced Fat Dressing divided
2 Large green peppers cut into strips
1 Large onion cut into wedges
16 Flour tortillas
1 cup Shredded cheese
1 cup Sour cream
1/2 cup Salsa

Preparation

Combine steak and 1/4 cup of dressing cover and refrigerate, marinate a minimum of 2 hours, can be left in frig overnight, stirring occasionally

remove steak and discard marinade

Cook steak in remaining 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium hihg heat 5-6 minutes or until no longer pink, remove steak, keep warm

Add peppers and onions, cook until tender, add steak, cook until heated through

serve in warm tortillas topped with cheese, sour creme, and salsa

makes 8 servings 2 fajitas each
