Ingredients
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1/2 cup Warm water
2 tbsp. Low sodium soy sauce
2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp Sesame oil (optional)
1 clove Garlic, minced
4 Large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Whisk together peanut butter, water, soy sauce, vinegar and oil. Add minced garlic. Trim chicken breasts and place in crock pot. Pour sauce over chicken. Cook on low heat setting for 6 hours.
Cook's Notes
Serve with brown rice and broccoli.
