Easy to make smoothie for a quick breakfast or snack
1/2 cup Low-fat yogurt (plain or vanilla)
1 cup Skim or soy milk
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup Frozen berries (any kind or a mixture)
1 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
1 tablespoon Flaxseed oil
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until foamy.
I use a hand immersion blender and it works great.
