Lentil mushroom kale soup

Ingredients

2 Onions small sliced

4 Garlic minced

1 cup Dried mushrooms or 4 Cup fresh

1 cup Tamari or pure soy sauce

5 cups Carrots, sliced or small cubed

2 bunches Kale chopped

10 cups Water

1.5 cups Red lentils

1 tbsp Herbamare

Preparation

1. Combine all but tamari and kale.

2. Simmer, then add kale.
