Ingredients
1/2 c Pineapple juice
1/2 c Apple juice
1/2 c Prune juice
Juice from 1/2 orange
1 tbsp Cinnamon
Pinch of nutmeg, ginger, cloves, allspice, and cardamom
Zest from one lemon or orange
1 tbsp Melted butter
4 c Whole oats (old fashion)
2 c Puffed or cluster type cereal
1/4 c Flaxseeds
1/2 c Almond slivers, toasted
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 c Honey
1 tsp Vanilla
Mister w olive oil
Handful of each: dried blueberries, cranberries, currants, and golden raisins.
Preparation
Preheat oven to 325. Combine the juices, spices, zest, and melted butter in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil and simmer until reduced by half. This should take about 20 min. While this simmers, combine the next 5 ingredients in a large bowl. Remove juice mixture from heat and allow to cool for 3-5 min. Add honey and vanilla. Toss sweetened warm juice mixture with the oats mixture. Mist 2 cookie sheets with olive oil. Spread mixtrue onto cookie sheets in a thin, even layer. Bake at 325 for 20-30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until golden and crunchy. Cool slightly, then stir in dried fruit.
Makes about 7 cups.

Look for fruit juices in single serve sizeds
Substitute dried fruit mixes for separate packs of nuts and dried fruits
