1 cup Vegannaise
1 Dill pickle
1 tablespoon Fresh chopped dill or 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1 sprig Fresh parsley or 1/4 teaspoon dried
2 teaspoons Lime or lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Pinch of white pepper
Preparation
In Vita-mix blender, place all ingredients listed in order they appear. Secure lid. Select VARIABLE speed. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to #4. Run machine for 30 seconds. Transfer to a bowl and chill for serving. Serve with chicken or fish.
