Perfect summer salad; excellent alternative to coleslaw

Ingredients
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Vegetable/canola oil
1/3 cup White vinegar
1/4 cup Water
2 Oriental flavor ramen noodle packages
2 12-oz Bags of shredded broccoslaw (available near bagged lettuces in produce section)
1 cup Salted sunflower seeds (out of the shell!)
1 cup Almonds
Preparation
In a jar or bowl, combine sugar, oil, vinegar, water, and the two flavor packets from the ramen noodles; mix/shake well.
Using a ziplock bag, crunch up the ramen noodles. Add sunflower seeds and almonds.
Toss crunchy mixture in a large bowl with broccoslaw.
Toss in dressing just before serving.
