Ingredients
2 cups Oats, rolled
3 cups Warm water plus 4T kefir
1 t Sea salt
Preparation
Mix oats with warm water mixture and set crock pot on low. Set to cook 6 hrs. Add salt in the morning. Serve with lots of butter as well as maple syrup or honey or fruit.
