Ingredients

1 Head lettuce, shredded
1 bunch Green onions, sliced
1 Green pepper, seeded & sliced
1 pkg (10oz) frozen peas
1 c Celery, sliced
1 can (6oz) water chestnuts
1 c Mayo
1 tbsp Sugar
12 Cheery tomatoes, halved
1 c Mozzarella cheese
1/2 c Parmesan cheese, grated
3 tbsp Bacon crumbles

Preparation

Layer ingredients and frost with the mixture of mayo and sugar. Decorate top with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, parmesan, and crumbled bacon. Cover tightly, and ALWAYS, refrigerate overnight.
