1 lb Dates pitted
1/2 cup Walnuts
1 cup Coconut (preferably unsweetened)
Preparation
1. place pitted dates and walnuts in a food processor and chop.
2. put coconut on a plate
3. take one tsp of date and walnut mixture and roll into balls
4. roll balls in coconut mixture to cover outside
5. serve or freeze
