Preparation
1. Follow recipe for pancakes, leave lumps. Don't add too much water.
2. Turn on stove and spray pan.
3. Stir in pecans, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg right before you are ready to place on hot plate.
4. Pour batter slowly onto the hotplate and drop in a few extra pecans from reserve as well as some brown sugar. When top is almost full with bubbles, flip; about 1 1/2 minutes each side. Place in a warmer.
5. When ready to serve; pour creme cheese drizzle or syrup, top with pecans and whipped cream.
