EASY TO MAKE CALZONES
two 8 oz PKG PILLSBURY CRESCENTS
ONE POUND EXTRA LEAN GROUND BEEF
2/3 cup BBQ SAUCE FROM KRAFT
2 ozs GORGONZOLA CHEESE SPREAD
2 ozs CREAM CHEESE
1 tsp DRIED BASIL
1/2 cup TO 3/4 CUP MOZZARELLA CHEESE SHREDDED
KOSHER SALT AND PEPPER
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375'. SEPARATE CRESCENTS INTO 4 RECTANGLES. PRESS SEEMS TOGTHER( LEAVE ON COUNTER IN CAN TO SOFTEN) BROWN MEAT. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER AND DRIED BASIL. ADD THE 3 CHEESES, AND BBQ SAUCE. LET COOL SLIGHTLY. ADD 2 TBSPS OF MEAT MIXTURE INTO CRESCENTS, WRAP UP LIKE A WONTON. PUT ONTO COOKIE SHEET, BAKE 13 TO 15 MINUTES. ENJOY!!

Quick, easy, and very adaptable. This could easily be made from meat left over from the previous night's meal.
