Ingredients
1/2 lb Chicken cut into bit size pieces, Preferably dark meat
2 oz Soy sauce
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp. Powdered ginger
1 tbsp Dried minced onion
1/4 c Bourbon Whiskey
1 tbsp White wine (Turning Leaf Chardonnay)
1 tbsp Corn starch
1/4 cup Water
Preparation
Mix soy, sugar, garlic, ginger, onion, whiskey and wine. Marinate chicken overnight.
Bake chicken at 350 degrees for 1 hour, basting every 10 minutes with marinade.
Scrape all drippings and pour remaining marinate into a skillet and add corn starch and water. Cook until thick and bubbly.
Add back Chicken and serve over rice.
