Ingredients
3 Ripe bananas, mashed
1 Egg
1 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Oil
1/4 Teas. salt
1 Teas. baking soda
2 cups Flour
1 cup Chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
Sift together in medium bowl, flour, salt, soda.
Mix bananas, egg, sugar, oil. Add dry ingredients. Bake in ungreased loaf pan one hour at 350 degrees.
