Chinese Noodles
1 Diced Green Pepper
1 Diced Cucumber
8 oz Snap Peas
8 oz Mandarin Oranges
2 stalks Celery, diced
1/4 c Cashews
1 can Water Chestnuts
2 Carrots diced
18 oz Grilled Chicken
Dressing
1/2 c Sugar
1 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 c Water
1/4 c Vegtable oil
1/4 c Ketchup
3 tbsp Cider Vinegar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
Grill chicken. Cut it all up. Mix it all up.
For dressing, heat sugar, cornstarch and water in sauce pan until dissolved. Add remaining ingredients. You can also use prepared, precooked grilled chicken it you want.
