Ingredients

3/4 c Brown rice
3 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Large egg whites
1/4 c Corn starch
1 1/2 lbs Chicken cut in 2 " chunks
Salt & pepper
2 tablespoons Oil
4 Scallions, thinly sliced
1 1/2 lbs Broccoli, cut up

Preparation

Prepare rice as directed on package

Make sauce by combining honey, seeds, soy sauce, & garlic, set aside. In a large bowl, whisk together egg whites and cornstarch. Add chicken: season with salt and pepper and toss to coat. In large skillet, heat 1 T oil and add half of the chicken . Cook turning until golden about 6-8 minutes. Repeat with remaining half of chicken and T oil. Drain. Meanwhile, steam broccoli about 6 minutes in a separate pan. Return all chicken to pan, add sauce and scallions and broccoli.

Serve over prepared rice.
