Salmon Croquets

Ingredients

1 pound Can salmon (do not drain)

1/2 cup Biscuit mix

1/4 cup Chopped green onion

1 Egg, beaten

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

Flake fish with a fork, mashing the soft bones. Add ingredients and mix. Add oil to skillet to 1/2-inch depth and heat until hot. Drop salmon mixture by tablespoons and fry until brown.
