Ingredients

8 oz. Pasta
1 cup Brocolli into bite=sized pieces
1 1/2 cup Green beans, sugar snap peas, cabbage, or zucchini, cut into bite-sized pieces
3/4 cup Carrots cut into thin 1-inch strips
1 clove Minced garlic
2 tablespoons Sesame oil
2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 tablespoons Sesame seeds
2 tablespoons Chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 cup Bean sprouts

Preparation

Boil Pasta in a large pot until it is half-cooked.

Add all vegetables ( except bean sprouts) and boil until the pasta is al dente and the vegetables are tender.

Drain and place in a large bowl.

Make a salad dressing by mixing together the garlic, sesame oil and soy sauce.

Add the sesame seeds, cilantro, bean sprouts and salad dressing to the pasta and toss well.
