Ingredients

1 lb Flank steak, cut into strips
2 tsp Greek seasoning
1 tbsp Olive oil
6 Soft pita breads or tortillas
1 cup Cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 Large cucumber, sliced thinly
1/2 Small red onion, sliced
1/2 Crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup Reduced fat ranch dressing

Preparation

1. Combine beef with seasonings and cooking in skillet with oil over medium heat. Saute until brown.

2. Divide beef among pitas. Top with tomatoes, cucumber, onion, feta and ranch dressing.

This was a great recipe, my whole family loved it! I did have to make one substitution though......I used round steak insted of flank steak, but it tasted great! I also made lemon couscous as my side dish, it went together perfectly!!!
