Alaskan Salmon Bake with Pecan Crunch Coating
Ingredients
2 Tbls Dijon style mustard
2 Tbls Melted butter
4 tsp Honey
1/4 cup Fresh breadcrumbs
1/4 cup Chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tsp Chopped fresh parsley
4 Alaska salmon fillets or steaks
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix together the mustard, butter, and honey, set aside. In another bowl, mix breadcrumbs, pecans and parsley; set aside.
Season salmon with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet or broiling pan. Brush with mustard honey mixture pat top of each fillet with the breadcrumb mixture.
Bake @ 400 for 10 minutes per inch of thickness, measured thickest part or until it flakes.
