Scrambled Eggs on Toast, made with soya instead of milk

Ingredients

* medium eggs free range
* 150 ml Alpro soya alternative to milk
* salt and pepper to taste
* chives for sprinkling
* 1 slices Bread toasted

Preparation

Beat the eggs in a bowl and add the soya milk and seasoning. Cook on a low heat and stir gently but continually.

Serve fluffy on top of wholemeal toast. Top with chives and cracked pepper to taste.
