A dairy free porrige breakfast with at least one portion of fruit

Ingredients
50g Porridge oats
200ml Soya milk (Or any milk)
2tsp Honey or golden syrup
1 Banana (Chopped)
1 Pear (or other fruit of a similar size, apples make a good substitute)
Preparation
Prepare 50g of porridge oats per pack directions with 200ml of soya or lactofree milk
Mix with 2 tsp of honey or golden syrup and 1 chopped banana
1 pear
Cook's Notes
Be creative with this recipe, a fruity jam makes a nice alternative to the honey, and top with a portion of the fruit of your choice.
To give the porrige a chocolaty taste add a tbsp of cocoa powder
