Ingredients
2 slices Wholegrain bread
Sunflower or soya spread
1 Banana (Chopped)
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
125ml Lactofree or soya yoghurt
1 tbsp Rasins
1 Apple (Chopped)
Preparation
Toast 2 slices of wholegrain bread.
Butter with a thin layer or Sunflower or soya based spread. (Use a low fat margarine if milk doesn't bother you)
Top the toast with 1 chopped banana. Sprinkle with ½ tsp of cinnamon
Serve with 125ml of lactofree or soya yoghurt (An ordinary low-fat yoghurt can be used if milk doesn't bother you) mixed with 1 tbsp of raisins and 1 chopped apple
