This is great for grilled chicken kabobs or any other recipe where peanut sauce is used.
1/2 c Organic peanut butter
1/4 c Soy sauce
1 tb Minced ginger
2 Garlic cloves
3 tb Cilantro
1 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1/4 c Water
Juice of one lime
Combine ingredients in food processor until you get desired consistency. Use half for marinade and half for dipping sauce. If you want to spice it up I suggest you use red pepper flakes.
