Ingredients
SHRIMP:
1 pound Frozen cooked shrimp, thawed
Sea Salt & Fresh Ground Black Pepper
CAJUN DIPPING SAUCE:
1/2 cup Fat free sour cream
3 tablespoons Reduced fat mayo (recommend Kraft with Olive Oil)
2 teaspoons Dried dill weed
1 tablespoon Very thinly sliced green onion (green part only)
1 tablespoon Tiger Sauce
1 teaspoon Minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard powder
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce.
Preparation
First, make the sauce. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Refrigerate until chilled. This is really better if you can let this sit at least two hours or overnight!
Shrimp - these are already cooked so they just need to be heated. I find that most of these pre-cooked shrimp can tolerate a tiny bit more cooking! Take a 12 inch skillet and spray with non-stick cooking spray and heat the skillet. Add the shrimp and season with sea salt & fresh ground black pepper to taste. Heat the shrimp until hot.
Dip the shrimp into dipping sauce for a great taste treat!
