Black Pepper Sausage

Easy to make, hearty vegetarian meal.

Ingredients

1 Onion, chopped

1 Green bell pepper, chopped

1/3 cup Water

1 Tspn. minced fresh garlic

3 – 15 oz. Can black beans, drained and insed

1 – 15 oz. Can tomato sauce

1 5 tspn. Oregano

1 5 tspn. basil

1 Tspn. white pepper

¼ tspn. Cayenne pepper

?several twists of freshly ground black pepper

6 Non-fat, meat free bratwursts

Preparation

Add all ingredients to crock pot. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours.
