Black Bean Zucchini Quesidilla

Quck vegetarian Dinner

Ingredients

1 cup Chopped zuchinni

1/2 cup Black beans

2 tsp Olive oil

1 tsp Cumin

2 Whole wheat tortilla

1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

2 tbsp Salsa

Preparation

Saute first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes.

Place mixture on tortilla and toast in pan. Top with salsa.

Cook's Notes

Double cumin if you like it.
