Preparation
Brown meat and drain fat. Add onion, pepper, garlic, salt, and chili powder, and saute until limp. Add tomatoes, beans, and rice. Mix and pour into a 2 qt casserole dish. Bake covered for 45 minutes @ 350 degrees. Add cheese and olives and bake 15 more minutes.
*If in a hurry, use cooked rice and cook on the stove top.
