Ingredients
1 cup Lettuce or spinach
4-5 Radishes, diced
1 Small cucumber or zucchini, diced
1/2 cup Carrots, shredded
1/2 cup Green pepper, diced
3/4 cup Water packed tuna, drained
1 tbsp Low fat ranch dressing
10 Small green olives, sliced
12 Saltine crackers
Preparation
Arrange first 5 ingredients in bowl to create a bed of greens. Add tuna and green olives. Toss with ranch dressing and top with crushed saltine crackers.
