Ingredients
1 Apple, quartered, cored, and cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 cup Raisins
1 teaspoon Brown or white sugar, or natural sweetener
2 tablespoons Orange juice, apple juice. or water
1/4 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
Preparation
In a medium pot, combine the ingredients, brirng to a low boil and simmer on medium low heat for about 10 minutes or until apples are soft, stirring occasionally.
