Ingredients
2 ounces Skinles, boneless chicken breast, cut into strips
2 1/2 cups Thinly sliced carrots
1 1/2 cups Fresh green beans
1 cup Bean sprouts
Cooking oil spray
1/2 tbsp. Sesame seeds
1/2 tbsp. Garlic powder
1/4 cup Low-sodium soy sauce
Preparation
1 Coat a pan with cooking spray and heat it. Add the chicken strips and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the carrots, green beans, bean sprouts, sesame seeds, and garlic powder. Stir-fry for 1 minute. Add soy sauce, cook for 1 minute.
2. Ladle it into shallow bowl and garnish with a few additional sesame seeds.
