Quick breakfast smoothie for on-the-go.
2 tblsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Water
1 cup Fruit
1/8 cup Rice Drink
Hydrate chia seeds in the water for 15 minutes (stir occasionally).
Add choice of fruit to the blender, pour in the chia seeds, add rice drink.
Pulse a few times, then blend until smooth and enjoy!
