Ingredients
2 tblsp Chia Seeds
1 cup Water
1 cup Fruit
1/8 cup Rice Drink
Preparation
Hydrate chia seeds in the water for 15 minutes (stir occasionally).
Add choice of fruit to the blender, pour in the chia seeds, add rice drink.
Pulse a few times, then blend until smooth and enjoy!
