Ingredients
1 pound Ground beef
2 packages (3 ounces each) Oriental flavor instant ramen noodles
2 cups Water
2 cups Frozen vegetable mixture
1/4 tsp Ginger
2 tablespoons Thinly sliced green onion
Preparation
Brown ground beef, drain, and season with one package of ramen noodle seasoning packet
While beef drains, in same pan combine water, noodles (broken), vegetables, ginger and remaining seasoning packet. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cover; simmer 3 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
Return beef to pan, heat through. Stir in green onion before serving.
Cook's Notes
May substitute dried minced onion for green onion, adding dried onion in to boiling water, rather than waiting until the end.
