Ingredients
1 cup Low-fat plain yogurt
2 tbsp Roasted, chopped almonds
1/4 cup Chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 cup Mandarin orange slices, drained
1/2 Medium banana
Preparation
Place yogurt in a cup or bowl. Chop all fruits and place on top of yogurt. Add almonds. Mix ingredients together.
This can also be blended for a drinkable yogurt.
Cook's Notes
Other flavored yogurts - regular, low-fat, or fat-free can be used, as well as other fruits of your choice, but this will change the nutrient info.
We often add a tsp of flax seeds, bee pollen, or wheat berries to increase the nutritional value.
