Ingredients

8 Asparagus spears, fresh, small
1/10 cup Low fat cream cheese
1/4 tbsp Raspberry vinegar
4 piece Bread, oatmeal, reduced calorie, slice
4 oz Smoked skinless light turkey meat
2 oz Reduced fat Monterey Jack cheese (8 slices)

Preparation

1 Steam asparagus tips until very tender.

2 Blend asparagus, cream cheese, and vinegar until smooth. Place in bowl, cover and chill 30 minutes.

3 Spread asparagus mixture over 8 bread slices, top evenly with turkey and monterey jack cheese. Top with rest of bread slices.

4 Grill on griddle coated with cooking spray until lightly browned and cheese is melted.
