Breakfast in a Crockpot

Big breakfast ready to go in the morning.

Ingredients

1 lb Country sausage

1 (2 lb ) package frozen hash browns

1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 cup Sour cream

1 (8 ounce) container cream cheese

12 Eggs

1 1/2-2 cups Cheese

Preparation

1. Brown and crumble the sausage in a skillet.

2. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl.

3. Put everything in a dish and stir until hash browns are thoroughly coated.

4. Spray crock pot with Pam and then put the hash brown mixture into the crock pot.

5. Cook on low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6.
