Chicken and Yellow Rice

Favorful combination of Chicken and Yellow Rice with Cream of Chicken and Cream of Celery soups. You can substitute any creamed vegetable soup you like for example Cream of Broccoli.

Ingredients

1 lbs Chicken Breats

I medium package any brand Yellow Rice

1 can Healthy Recipe Cream of Chicken soup

1 can Healthy Recipe Cream of Celery soup

1/2 cup Low fat milk

2 tbs Olive Oil (optional)

Preparation

Prepare the Yellow Rice according to directions, if you like it more fluffy add one extra cup of water to it and cook for 25 minutes.

While rice cooks; brown the chicken in a pan with olive oil or boil the chicken or use left over chicken (your choice). Cut the chicken into small 1" inch pieces.

When the rice is done, remove from heat and add the chicken, soups and milk. Mix throughly and serve.

Cook's Notes

This is an excellent recipe to adjust to your tastes. You can increse the servings by adding more chicken and a larger package of yellow rice. My family loves it.
