Preparation
Prepare the Yellow Rice according to directions, if you like it more fluffy add one extra cup of water to it and cook for 25 minutes.
While rice cooks; brown the chicken in a pan with olive oil or boil the chicken or use left over chicken (your choice). Cut the chicken into small 1" inch pieces.
When the rice is done, remove from heat and add the chicken, soups and milk. Mix throughly and serve.
