Black Pepper Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients

Black peppercorns

1/2 cup Freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place a handful of peppercorns onto cutting board. Using the bottom of a heavy skillet, press onto the peppercorns until they crack. You do not want any whole peppercorns. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Sprinkle the cheese into 3 inch circles, making several mini "pancakes". Season each with cracked black pepper. Place into the oven for about 5 minutes, until just golden. Remove from the oven and place each crisp over an inverted small glass or bowl. When cool enough to touch, form into different shapes as desired.
