1/2 cup Almond milk
6 oz. Fat free vanilla soy yogurt
1 tsp. Apple pie spice
1 Medium apple, peeled, cored, and chopped
2 tbsp. Cashew butter
handful of ice

Preparation

Blend until smooth, and eat with a spoon!
