2 Celery stalks, washed and minced
1 Large apple, cored and coarsely sliced
1.5 teaspoons Butter
1.5 teaspoons Brown sugar
In a frying pan, sauté minced celery in butter for 5 minutes, then add the apple, sprinkle with the brown sugar, and continue cooking under very low heat for 10 minutes or until apple is tender but not mushy.
