Ingredients

4 c. Old fashioned oats

1 c. Oat bran

1/2 c. Nonfat dry milk

1/2 c. Soy flour

1/2 c. Almond meal

1/2 c. Ground flaxseed

1/4 c. Sesame seed

Preparation

Mix all together!

Boil water (3/4 c.) and 1/2 c. cereal. Reduce heat, cook for 1 minute, cover and remove from heat.
