Ingredients

4 slices Bacon
6 ea eggs
1 c Heavy cream or milk
1/2 tsp Salt
8 oz Swiss cheese, shredded

Preparation

Chop up the bacon and fry the pieces until brown and crispy; drain fat. In medium bowl beat eggs, add cream/milk and salt. Arrange cheese and bacon in the bottom of a 9 or 10" glass pie plate evenly. Pour egg mixture over the cheese. Back at 350* for 35-40 minutes or until knive inserted comes out clean.
