Sauteed Sesame Snap Peas

Ingredients

2 cups - Sugar snap peas, fresh in pod
1/2 cup - Low-carb sesame dressing (Annie's Shitake Sesame is great.)
1 tsp - Minced garlic
Salt

Preparation

1. Lightly brown garlic in 1/4 cup of dressing in non-stick saute pan.

2. Add peas.

3. Cover for approx. 5 min to steam.

4. Remove cover and add remaining 1/4 cup of dressing.

5. Saute until bright green and cooked through. Turning often.

6. Remove from heat and salt to taste.
