Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients

2 Eggs

1/2 c Applesauce

3/4 c Sugar

1 c 1% milk

3 c Quick cooking oats

1 t Salt

1 t Baking powder

2 t Brown sugar

1 t Cinnamon

2 c Blueberries

Preparation

In large bowl whisk eggs, applesauce, sugar and milk. Once creamy add oats, salt and baking powder.

Mix through and add blueberries now

Pour batter in greased 9x13. Sprinlke wit brown sugar and cinnamon.

Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Remove and let cool 5 minutes

Cook's Notes

Can use whatever fruit you want, strawberries, apples, cranberries, raisins etc Can serve with yogurt or milk or cream if desired.
