2 oz. (about 2 slices) of deli-style fat-free turkey
1 8" whole-wheat tortilla
1/4 cup Shredded nonfat mozzarella cheese
Cooking oil spray
1 1/2 cups Mixed greens
1/2 cup Nonfat dressing
Preparation
place turkey slices on one side of the tortilla. sprinkle with cheese and fold tortilla in half. press tightly to secure filling.
coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat the skillet. cook the tortilla for 1 min on each side or until the cheese is melted. slide the quesadilla onto a cutting board. slice into 3 or 4 triangles. set aside.
toss the mixed greens with the dressing. place them in the center of the plate. arrange the quesadilla triangles around the salad
