Chicken and Swiss on multigrain crackers.
2 slices Deli style fat free chicken breast, thinly sliced
2 ounces Nonfat Swiss cheese, cut into strips
2 Multigrain crackers
2 tbsp Salsa (optional)
1. Roll the chicken slices around the Swiss cheese, and arrange on top of the crackers.
2. Garnish with salsa, if you wish.
