Ingredients

1 Small apple, cored and cut into wedges
1/2 tsp Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1/2 cup Nonfat sour cream
1/3 cup Nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 tsp Ground cinnamon
1 tsp Sugar substitute

Preparation

1. Toss the apple wedges with the lemon juice to keep them from turning brown.

2. Whisk together the sour cream, cream cheese, cinnamon, and sugar substitute. Microwave for 30 seconds.

3. Place the apple wedges on plates with the cinnamon cream. Dip and enjoy!
