Ingredients

6 cup Low fat unsalted chicken broth

2 Eggs

1 Egg whites

2 tbsp Water

1 pinch Salt and pepper

Preparation

1 Using an 8 to 10 cup soup pot, bring chicken soup to a rolling boil.

2 Beat the eggs with the water and season to taste.

3 Pour mixture slowly into the soup, while swirling it with a whisk or fork to create a noodle like appearance.
