Bruschetta Stuffed Bread

Ingredients

1 Frozen/refrigerated pizza dough

2 cans Marinated artichoke hearts, drained & chopped

1 Small can black olives, drained

1 Tomato, seeded & chopped

1/4 cup Egg-free mayo

1/4 cup Rennet-free parmesan

1 cup Part-skim rennet-free shredded mozzarella

1 Tspn oregano

Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Roll out pizza dough on a cookie sheet covered in foil and shape into a rectangle.

combine mayo, cheeses, oregano, salt & pepper and spread onto dough starting in the center and spreading out until about 1/2 inch from the edge of the dough. Combine artichokes, olives, and tomato and spread evenly over the cheese mixture. Roll dough length-wise and tuck seam of dough under the roll. Slice 8 marks evenly on top of the dough, spray or brush with olive oil, and bake in the oven for approx 25 mins, or until dough is cooked through. Let cool before serving.
