I cook this one pound at a time, then cut the chicken into four equal portions. This gives you four 4-block protein servings.

Ingredients

1 pound Boneless, skinless chicken breast

1/4 cup Italian salad dressing

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Marinate chicken in salad dressing. Place in tin foil and put foiled chicken in a baking dish.

Bake at 375 for approximately 35 minutes.
